Green Tea, Grape & Spinach Smoothie


  • 250g white grapes
  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 250ml Green Tea with Sweet Mint, brewed strong (see blow)


  • Add ingredients to blender and blitz.
  • To make double strength green tea, infuse 2 tea bags in 250ml of water for 2 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow to cool.
