Green Tea, Grape & Spinach Smoothie
- 250g white grapes
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 250ml Green Tea with Sweet Mint, brewed strong (see blow)
- Add ingredients to blender and blitz.
- To make double strength green tea, infuse 2 tea bags in 250ml of water for 2 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow to cool.
