Green Tea and Avocado Smoothie
- 400g frozen grapes
- 2 handfuls well-washed spinach
- 350ml Pure Sencha Green Tea, brewed double strength and cooled (see note).
- 1 ripe medium avocado
- 2 tsp honey
- To make double strength green tea, infuse 2 tea bags in 350ml of water for 2 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow to cool.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz.
