Green Tea and Avocado Smoothie

Green Tea and Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 400g frozen grapes
  • 2 handfuls well-washed spinach
  • 350ml Pure Sencha Green Tea, brewed double strength and cooled (see note).
  • 1 ripe medium avocado
  • 2 tsp honey

Method

  • To make double strength green tea, infuse 2 tea bags in 350ml of water for 2 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow to cool.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz.
